Inside the frescoes

Thanks to the development cooperation agency of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in 2010 the restoration of the Roman frescoes and the new museographic project of the Tomb of Tyre were implemented in Beirut's National Museum.

The concept behind the graphics for the cover and opening pages of the book on this project was to create a slit, like a view of the frescoes that evokes the sensation of descending into a tomb.
